The scale enables each person to fully get to grips with their feelings and emotions and focus on their own personal area of need, or their biggest barrier to success, in any given context.
Rising Vibe will show you how our thinking impacts how we feel, and therefore how we show up in the world. It will impact how we engage with our work and how we interact with colleagues. It will determine how we deal with change or the challenges we face. It will affect how flexible we are, how we handle conflict or stress and our resilience levels… you get the picture.
With a balanced amount of challenge and support, if we choose to, we can gain more insight into our thoughts and learn how to control our feelings and emotions in ANY given situation. Doing this will support wellbeing and mental health.

How far you want to go is up to you. We’ll work with your budget to solve those business critical issues. Choose from a range of 3 to 12 month programmes using a mix of 1:1 coaching, group workshops, online support and remote learning.
For a much more personal and intensive approach to change, choose one-to-one coaching.
Our one-to-one coaching programmes support individuals to change their thinking, helping them to move towards a specific goal or outcome. Experiences are used for learning. Strengths are reinforced. Challenges are explored and everyone is held to account around their actions and development.
We work with people one-to-one for a minimum of 6 hours over a 3 to 6 month period. Programmes including more hours and an extended timeline are also available.
