A 9-week interactive Facebook programme including a one to one coaching session. Explore thoughts, feelings and ideas as well as concerns and fears, as they happen with like-minded people.

There will be regular ‘live’ activity, however there is always flexibility to catch the replays if your schedule doesn’t align. Worksheets are to completed in your own time, when it works for you and the only ‘expectation’ is that each delegate shares their reflections and key learning into the group every week, at a time that suits you.
