Rising Vibe one to one coaching will help your people feel better and do better.
For a more personal approach to culture change, you can choose one-to-one coaching.
Our one-to-one coaching programmes support individuals to shift their perspective and make choices to move towards a specific goal or outcome. Experiences are used for learning. Strengths are reinforced. Challenges are explored and everyone is held to account around their actions and development.
We work with people one-to-one for a minimum of 6 hours over a 3 to 6 month period. Programmes including more hours and an extended timeline are also available.
Exec Coaching Programme – for senior leaders and board directors who need a safe space to explore challenges and build on successes on a regular basis.
Leadership Coaching Programme – to support and challenge personal growth and development for those already in a leadership role.
